Matt Black is a neutral tone. Neutral tones are whites, greys and blacks and don't appear on the colour wheel. Neutral tones compliment all surfaces and are highly versatile. Remember that the lighting will often be different in the showroom and warm/cool lights can change the look of your whole space. Our Matt Black is electroplated to give you the best quality finish. Some brands use powder coating, that can chip and quickly loose its silky chic appearance. Electroplating uses positive and negative charges of electricity to draws the black oxide to the brass and coat the product in a uniform, high quality finish.

The customer pays for all postage and packaging costs and the product must not be damaged or have been installed or used and is to be in its original packaging ready for resale. Returns are accepted after 30 days on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before sending back.

Like all things, for this to happen you must care for the product. Wear and tear, scratches, or damage to finish because of harsh environments, use of abrasive pads/cloths or exposure to acids or alkalis will not be covered by our warranty. We provide a high-end microfibre cloth in the box to clean your product. Keep this cloth for this product and only this product.

To clean only use mild soap and water. Nothing else.
