Chrome finish is done by a process called chrome plating. Our process is completed by a Chrome plating specialist through a process commonly referred to as electroplating. There is a long cleaning and rinsing stage to make sure the product is clean and ready for its bath. The more time the object spends it its bath, the more material coats the object, making the chrome plating thicker. The average cost of filling our specialist's bath is around $600,000! Our manufacturer uses a number of special filters to save money and to stop water pollution from this once reckless practice.

The customer pays for all postage and packaging costs and the product must not be damaged or have been installed or used and is to be in its original packaging ready for resale. Returns are accepted after 30 days on a case-by-case basis and must be approved before sending back.

Like all things, for this to happen you must care for the product. Wear and tear, scratches, or damage to finish because of harsh environments, use of abrasive pads/cloths or exposure to acids or alkalis will not be covered by our warranty. We provide a high-end microfibre cloth in the box to clean your product. Keep this cloth for this product and only this product.

To clean only use mild soap and water. Nothing else.
